Our first Shed outing in two years was to the Bird and Barrel to taste the delights of Bexley Brewery!
The members were treated to a talk by Bexley Brewery’s knowledgeable owner, Cliff. Then followed by a tasting of four beers, from a pale ale to a dry stout.
All the brewery’s beers are named after places in Bexley. A popular favourite from the members was a ruby bitter named Red House (named after William Morris’ house in Bexleyheath).
