Care Home Workshops

As a part of the project's outreach programme, the shed has hosted a number of workshops with care home residents. Led by the shed members, they work side by side with the residents to make items for their care homes. 

​

By working with our members and with support from care home staff,  it means the residents are given an opportunity to safely use different materials and basic hand tools. The activities provided allows the residents to make decisions and use their cognitive and motor skills.
